What is Emo? What is emo hair style and emo fashion all about? Emo can be a type of music, type of hairstyle, a noun refering to a person or a social group of people. Too many people associate emo with an insult and that couldn’t be more far from the truth. If refering to a person, emo is simply a certain type of personality.
Furthermore, being emo means you are not afraid of showing your true personality and likings to the world. The word emo originated in the 80s and if you want, you can say it was ’stolen’ and re-used nowadays but for a completely different meaning. In the 1980s, emo refered to the punk rock bands who didn’t necessarily have the emo hair we refer to as emo nowadays.
Welcome to my new Emo blog! After my main site, Emo Hairstyles gained in popularity recently, I thought launching a blog to cover more facts, photos updates and other tips would be most appropriate and easier for me to edit.
