Emo Band To Break World Record
The emo band Fall Out Boy, mostly characterized by the emo hair and emo music they play are going to break a world record by simply playing at a concert in Antarctica. No band has ever played a concert in the icy continent, and definitely not an emo band!

The concert will take place at a scientific research centre on 25th of March. The record broken, amongst being one of the first emo music bands to play in Antarctica is also that of playing a concert in all seven continents in a time frame of less than 9 months!
The emo band will be accompanied by a film crew who will film the concert for broadcasting to the world when they arrive home. They will thus enter Guinness Book of World Records!
The person who came up with this idea is actually Pete Wentz, the band’s bass player who is also a wild life enthusiast and is therefore looking forward to the new climate and exploring the new habitats on the continent of Antarctica.
The tour has been actually planned for a long time!
“I was just sitting around and wrote our manager an email saying, ‘Let’s be the first band to go to all five continents’ - only he wrote me back, ‘There are seven,’ ” - said Wents in an interview
This post isn’t so much related to emo hair, what this blog was meant to be about but I thought it’s some news the emo bands’ Fall Out Boy fans would appreciate if they check this site!
